On this forum we will be posting answers to frequently asked questions for the expressed purpose of reducung the amount of time it takes to resolving a particular issue.


Q: [How can I get a private email account]
A: [Infratac has discontinued email services as of February 2016; however email services will be restored at announced date so stay tuned]


Q: [How much storage is       available for the account - how large can my attachments be]
A: [There is no specific hardcoded or enforced storage limit -  however, there are practical limits so we would advise that you excercise good judgement]


Q: [Can I access my email from my cell phone]
A: [Yes - from your cell phone, or any standard web browser]


Q: [With Remote Desktop Services - when I access my home computer over the internet from another computer, does any information get stored on the accessing computer i.e. cookies ]
A: [No. all information is being processed on your computer - only the screen, mouse, and keystrokes are transferred between your computer and the accessing computer]
